Handmade Wood Climbing Holds

I love to climb, I love to build and, mostly, I love to share my passions with others.  Woodworking has been in my DNA for generations.  When I began building our home climbing gym 4 years ago, I naturally started making wood holds to accompany my "woody" walls.  I started  creating climbing holds as a fun hobby and to use up my father's and my collection of small hardwood pieces.  I grew to appreciate wood holds for their strength, durability, training benefits and low skin impact.  After much encouragement from friends and family, I'm offering my work to the climbing community.  I take great pride and care in every hold I make.  I will do everything I can to make sure you love these holds as much as I do.  #climbingismypassion #climbingholds #bouldering

The benefit of having our own home gym is that we can design the routes and use our gym to test out our handmade wood climbing holds.  This gym is designed with our family and friends in mind with vertical walls, 60 and 45 degree walls, ceiling routes and incline walls for our small little one.  By building our own gym, we can fully appreciate the complexity of route setting, the joy of having different holds to challenge ourselves and creating versatile holds that can be used in many different ways for different level of climbers.  During the pandemic, this place has been amazing to allow us to be able to still climb in a safe place, enjoy the sport we love and spend time together as a family.  #climbinglife #bouldering #woodclimbingholds
